Selective and additional HMO licensing schemes differ by borough, and several require an EICR at application rather than at renewal. We check the scheme for your postcode before booking.
Conversion flats and shared supplies
Period conversions frequently share a landlord supply for stair lighting and door entry. That supply needs its own EICR, and it is the single most commonly missed certificate in London portfolios.
